Packet Pickup
When and where can I pick up my packet?
Packet pick up will be at William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA on Friday, December 3. Stay tuned for more details.
I’m running this virtually, how am I supposed to get my packet?
We’ll see you for packet pick up on December 3 unless you choose shipping as an option during registration. Shipping is available to anyone who lives outside Forsyth County.
Can I sign up for the race on Friday at packet pickup, like in past years?
Unfortunately, we won’t have the option to sign up for the race at packet pickup day like in the past. You can, however, sign up for the race online up until December 11.
If I sign up for the virtual race on or after packet pickup day, how can I get my race packet?
If you sign up for the race on or after December 3, please email mistletoe@ymcanwnc.org to arrange a packet pickup. Those who register by 5:00pm on December 2 can pick up their packet at packet pick up on December 3.
What if I can’t make it to pickup on December 3 during that time frame?
Please contact mistletoe@ymcanwnc.org to set up a time and date that you can get your race packet.

Where can I park?
If you’re planning to run the usual route of Mistletoe this year, feel free to park at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA located at 775 West End Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
