SPORTS UPDATE 01/23/2026 03:30PM: We take the safety of our athletes, families and staff seriously and at this time weather impacts are not expected until late Saturday afternoon or evening. As of now, YMCA basketball games at the branch are ON AS SCHEDULED. If anything changes, we will communicate updates promptly. We look forward to getting games in before the winter weather arrives. SPORTS UPDATE 01/23/2026 03:30PM: We take the safety of our athletes, families and staff seriously, and at this time weather impacts are not expected until late Saturday afternoon or evening. As of now, YMCA basketball games at the branch are ON AS SCHEDULED.
However, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools have closed their campuses for the weekend. As a result, we unfortunately CANNOT host any basketball games at our off-site locations. These games will be postponed and rescheduled for the week of February 2.
Practices for the affected divisions will be cancelled that week and your make-up game is already available to view in PLAYERSPACE. We apologize for this inconvenience, which is outside of our control, and appreciate your understanding and support.
We look forward to getting games scheduled at the YMCA in before the winter weather arrives. Thank you for your flexibility and patience!
