BODYPUMP™ 45 min: A weight class for absolutely everyone! This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It will also tone and shape your body without adding lots of bulky muscles. CYCLE: This class is a great 45 minute cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.
GENTLE YOGA: A gentle flow yoga class that begins with sequenced stretches to help open the legs, hips, shoulders and back. It ends with deeper stretching and the final resting pose of Savasana.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): A high energy class that will use various forms of strength and cardiovascular training to burn calories in a shorter amount of time as well as burning more calories post workout.
HIP HOP CYCLE: 45 minutes of cycle the Hip Hop way!
TOTAL BODY SCULPT: This circuit class will move through a variety of timed stations that focus on cardiovascular and strength training for a total body workout!
YOGA: Restore and revitalize with this all-levels lunch time yoga class! Connect with your breath, body, and mind to gain the extra energy needed for the busy afternoon ahead. Modifications are offered to yogis of all walks – experienced and new.
