Participants in YMCA flag football will learn skill development and football knowledge in a fun and relaxed environment. YMCA utilizes volunteer coaches to focus on participation and fun!
Flag Football in the Spring & Fall for ages 6-14
-One 60 minute practice during the week plus games on Saturdays. Teams are led by volunteer coaches.
‘Rookie’ Football in the Spring & Fall for ages 3-5
-A weekly session to introduce participants to football. Age appropriate equipment and drills will be used so participants have fun and learn to love football. YMCA staff will coach this program.
‘Advanced Football Training’ for ages 7-16
-A weekly session for participants for off-season training. Focus will be on conditioning and position-specific drills and training. YMCA staff will coach this program.
