Participants in YMCA flag football will learn skill development and football knowledge in a fun and relaxed environment. YMCA utilizes volunteer coaches to focus on participation and fun!
Flag Football in the Spring & Fall for ages 6-13
-One 60 minute practice during the week plus games on Saturdays
Flag Football in the Spring & Fall for ages 4-5
-A 30 minute practice and 30 minute game during the week
Competitive Flag Football in the Spring for ages 6-11
-One 2 hour practice a week and two games every Saturday
