Weight Loss Program

This 12 week class-room based program uses behavioral change techniques to help program participants learn how to track intake and activity. The program is designed for adults who are seeking a healthier weight. Key goals of the program are setting personal goals, personal accountability, learning basic nutrition and being introduced to physical activity options available at the YMCA. Fee applies, with financial aid available for those who qualify.
