Designed for older adults and those with chronic health conditions who might have impaired balance and limited mobility, this 12-week evidence-based, instructor-led group program is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility through slow, therapeutic movements based on Tai Chi. Moving for Better Balance include two class sessions and two+ hours of at-home practice per week. The program takes place in a safe and supportive group setting. Y Members and Potential Members welcome. Fee applies, with financial aid available for those who qualify.
