LIVESTRONG® At The YMCA
Are you or someone you know a cancer survivor? LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a 12-week program provided by the Y that helps survivors find their new normal. The program is of no cost to participants and also includes a free Y membership for the session’s duration. For more information, click here.
BodyCombat® Family Style
Second and fourth Wednesday of each month: 5:15 – 6:00pm
Come dance together, bring your kids! Looking for an alternative cardio sport besides running that allows you to kick, jab, clinch and master self-defense techniques in a non-contact environment? BODYCOMBAT is an action-packed workout activity that encompasses all of the above, which guarantees to make you sweat it out and get your heart racing.
Works your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and provides phenomenal core training. You destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, feel empowered, and build self-confidence.
First & Third Wednesday of each month: 5:30-6:00pm
ZUMBA KIDS classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original ZUMBA choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood
development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
Strength & Stability
A 45 minute class that focuses on strength and balance. A great option for LIVESTRONG participants who completed their program but is open to all members. This is a smaller class in the training center which allows more attention to the participants. A lower intensity option.

UFIT: Helping You Get The Results You Want
What is uFit?
uFit is a program that provides you with an easy-to-follow plan and cutting edge fitness tools. You will not be alone in this process. Our highly trained staff will help you set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.
In three short meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out. In just a few sessions, you will gain the tools and resources that will help you succeed.
You will finally learn what really works in terms of exercise, weight loss, and having more energy – not to mention just becoming healthier. This program is valued at $150, but offered at no cost to all new members. You are encouraged to sign up within the first week of your membership.

Get healthy with Nutrition Consultations with our Registered Dietitian: Cheryl Bey
Cheryl works with you to look at daily eating habits, goals and plans to achieve those goals. You can meet with her for 1, 4, or 6 sessions. Once you sign up, Cheryl will contact you and set up at your appointments.
