Mark Beuter

I have worked for the Y since 1992 and was previously the Aquatic Director at the Yadkin Y. Currently I am the Head Swim Team Coach and one of the Head Track and Field Coaches at Forbush High School. I love helping people achieve goals they previously thought were unattainable. Becoming fit is not just physical, it is mental. If you can condition your mind, you can condition your body. As a trainer, I feel it is my job to help people break down physical and mental barriers so clients can run the race of their lives, lose weight they have struggled to lose, or accomplish things they have not been able to accomplish for years.

Cheryl Bey

I have been active my whole life. In high school I competed in field hockey, cross country skiing, and track and field. I decided in high school that I wanted to study nutrition. While studying nutrition at UVM I also competed in collegiate track. Currently I enjoy weight training and competing in triathlons. All of my personal training clients are 70+. The seniors are my favorite group to work with! My areas of interest are in strength training, balance and flexibility.

Kim Eller

I have 25 years of experience as a group exercise instructor. I am very passionate about exercise and dedicated to motivate and challenge clients in a safe manner, so that physical activity can be sustained throughout your lifetime. I work very well with beginners. My main areas of focus are weight loss, strength training, and cardiovascular fitness.
