Tori Cearlock

I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. My goal is to not only help people reach their fitness goals, but to include overall health. I am an encourager by nature so that gives me the tools to get people moving and to keep them there. We should all strive to take the best care of our bodies, they are the temple in which God dwells.

Mandy Shelton

I have always enjoyed being active and love spending time outdoors.  Over the last several years I have really become very fitness oriented. I have completed many fitness programs such as P90X, Insanity, T25, Les Mills Combat, and a few others. I started running in 2011 and have completed several half marathons and many 10Ks and 5Ks. I am the VP of a non-profit organization called Faithful Steps, in which we work to strengthen the community through faith and fitness. I have been married for 5 wonderful years to dairy farmer Paul Shelton and we are proud new parents to our 4 month old daughter, Savannah. I decided to get my personal trainers certification to further my own knowledge, share my passion of fitness and help others live a long and healthy life.
