What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle in which you are prioritizing your health and ability to do many different things at high level of intensity. An absolute way to achieve your healthy fitness goals. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. All workouts are based on functional movements that are essential to life.

What to Expect

Sessions fill up quickly. Participants can reserve a spot in advance.

Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, be ready to:

  • have a challenging, yet short and efficient workout that is appropriate for all fitness levels

  • reach limits you never thought imaginable

What We Offer

  • We offer our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes Monday through Friday and Community WOD on Saturdays. Check out our schedule of classes (coming soon!). These classes follow CFHM programming that is posted online each day (called the Workout of the Day or WOD). Classes are one hour and led by qualified, experienced coaches. Our professional coaching staff and community are compelling reasons to be a part of CFHM, but we also offer some more tangible benefits that you won’t find anywhere else.
  • We offer a KidFit program twice a week that is geared towards kids ages 5-12 years old. This program focuses on having fun while incorporating good, functional movement.
