CrossFit is now at the Y! CrossFit is a challenging, yet rewarding, training program structured around the ten components of fitness: strength, stamina, endurance, accuracy, power, agility, balance, speed, coordination, and flexibility. All WODs (Workout of the Day) can be modified and are appropriate for all fitness levels. Classes are available for members and potential members age 16 and older.

Cost

Month unlimited plans are drafted like membership dues, but you may draft on any day.

Single Class: $20
Month Unlimited Member: $70
Month Unlimited Potential Member: $130
Family Member Month Unlimited: $105 (2 people/plan)

What to Wear/Bring

Athletic apparel, towel, water, good attitude

What to Expect

Sessions fill up quickly. Participants can reserve a spot in advance.

Regardless of your current fitness ability and understanding, be ready to:

  • learn something new
  • have a challenging, yet short and efficient workout that is appropriate for all fitness levels
  • gain confidence in yourself and your ability to exercise
  • reach limits you never thought imaginable
  • find a common bond among a community of individuals that understand the importance of hard work and commitment

On Ramp helps introduce anyone and everyone to CrossFit. Whether you’re a beginner or a top athlete, this prerequisite class will teach you that CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence. Our certified coaches will safely expose you to our movement curriculum in a small group setting or “class” by reviewing each movement in a slower and more detail-oriented way, thus allowing for more instructional time and personal attention before graduating to our daily Workout of the Day (WODs).
