Women’s Self Defense Program

This 6-Week Beginner Course focuses on empty hand self defense techniques for the everyday woman
taught by First Degree Black Belt Cassandra Crislip. Learn practical, effective self-defense techniques
to get yourself out of violent altercations, as well as participate in facilitated discussion about how
to reduce your chances of being in one, in the first place. Please come and bring a friend. No prior
experience is required. This class is to give all women an opportunity to live up to their God given right
to protect themselves and their loved ones.
