Ready to try your first triathlon? Need a plan with guided coaching and motivation? Join us for group
and personal training to create sharp swim skills, shape up your bike legs, speed up your running feet,
and make your cross-training muscles strong! Supplement your plan with educational seminars to
prepare you for race day. Participants will train for the Nat Greene?s Revenge Triathlon (800m swim, 14 mile bike, 5K run) race on June 9, 2018 in Greensboro, NC. This training program is open to all ages 14+, BEGINNER to intermediate athletes. No prerequisites or experience necessary. 12-Week, Step-by-Step Triathlon Training Plan designed and coached
by two time Ironman® athlete and Kernersville Indoor Cycle
