Master Barbell & Free Weight Training. Train all major muscle groups, learning to master the perfect rep through range of motion, speed of motion, intensity, load, progression and type of exercise (compound movements, isolation, etc.). Through strength training, one can increase performance and muscular strength and reduce injury risks. The perfect rep: squats, presses, upper body, lower boyd, LEARN IT ALL! All levels of participants welcome!
