This program combines endurance training,
weight training, bodyweight exercises in a
high intensity format to achieve a level of
fitness that covers a wide range of cross
training exercises. If you are new to working
out, don?t shy away, this is still the class
for you. The glory of this type of workout is
that we can modify it to any fitness level!
