LES MILLS GRIT is small group training, offered in 8 week sessions. It is proven to get you super fit, super-fast! The Les Mills GRIT series consists of three unique high-intensity interval training workouts:

LES MILLS GRIT CARDIO
LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH

Each has been through rigorous scientific testing to ensure maximum results, safely. Workouts are led by certified, highly trained coaches who work the floor providing one-on-one coaching, perfecting technique and motivating you to push yourself.
