OUTDOOR LES MILLS GRIT is small group training, special outdoor 4 week GRIT session. Will include STRENGTH and PLYO/ATHLETIC formats (we encourage attendance on Saturdays to our Group Exercise offering of GRIT CARDIO).

No “in your space” floor coaching

$75 less than half the cost of our typical 8 week session.

Each has been through rigorous scientific testing to ensure maximum results, safely. Workouts are led by certified, highly trained coaches who work the floor providing one-on-one coaching, perfecting technique and motivating you to push yourself.
