Running a 5k is an achievable goal with proper training and a supportive group. It’s also a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and lose weight. This 8 week program is designed to safely build your mileage, improve mobility, and strengthen muscles that are specific to running. Finish the training with a 5k on August 3rd.
