Ready for a change? This 45 minute class focuses on high weight/low rep training. It’s an old school approach to lifting weights, backed by modern scientific studies. Trainers will work with participants one on one to ensure correct form and provide modifications as needed. Participants will build confidence and proficiency with barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. This program provides two full-body lifting sessions per week for four weeks, and is designed to help improve strength, increase functionality, and challenge each person individually.
