Morning Madness is focused on core strength and functional fitness. This program uses pushing, pulling, throwing and carrying exercise as well as other movements that you would find in real life activities to help you obtain a more fit and injury-proof body. Whether you are looking to get fitter, leaner, faster and stronger or just looking to learn basic exercise movements, this is the class for you.
