There is a moment in every race. A moment where you can either quit, fold, or say to yourself, I can do this. We want to help you say, I can do this! Whether you are looking to complete your first half marathon or your fifth and you are looking for a new PR, we can help. Train with us!

? The plan ? You will receive a plan tailored to your ability. Whether beginner or novice, you will have a plan that fits where you are at.
? Strength training and stretching ? Injury due to tight or weak muscles is a common setback for runners. Weekly strength sessions with an AFAA certified personal trainer and yoga sessions with a certified yoga instructor will be included in this plan. We will focus on core and leg strength to keep you strong during the 13.1 mile race. We will also focus on stretching the muscles that commonly tighten up during longs runs.
? Speed work ? Novice or intermediate runner, working on speed can improve your half marathon time greatly. Weekly speed training will help
