Workout based program that uses behavioral change techniques to help program participants learn how to track intake and activity. The program is designed for individuals who are seeking a healthier weight. Key goals of the program are setting personal goals, personal accountability, learning basic nutrition and being introduced to physical activity options available at the YMCA. Bring water, towel, and be ready to see RESULTS!
