Just getting started? Need to build endurance? Mile One: Walking Program is designed for individuals who are looking to think better, feel better and sleep better. This beginner program will work on short distances and gradually work to increase time and/or distance. During the 8-week session, a personal trainer will track progress and bring lots of variety and challenges. No matter your goal, the YMCA is here to help you accomplish them all.
