At Wells Fargo Express we offer Wellness Programs from Group Exercise classes, including yoga, sculpting, and intervals to Personal Training and uFit Express.

Find Your Strong

Introducing new addition to our group exercise schedule: Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ and Les Mills BODYFLOW™. Starting in January, join us during your lunch hour for two new group exercise classes. Punch and
kick your way to superior strength in BODYCOMBAT (45 minutes) or strengthen your entire body
through a combination of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates moves in BODYFLOW (45 minutes).

Personal Training

Work with a certified YMCA Personal Trainer to achieve your desired fitness goals. Regardless of age or fitness level, one-on-one training can provide:

UFIT: Helping You Get The Results You Want

What is uFit?

uFit Express is a program that provides you with an easy-to-follow plan and cutting edge fitness tools. You will not be alone in this process. Our highly trained staff will help you set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.

In your uFit Express session you will meet with a trained wellness coach who will help you identify and develop strategies for reaching your goals, will explore ways to overcome any barriers, and will create a plan personalized just for you!

You will finally learn what really works in terms of exercise, weight loss, and having more energy – not to mention just becoming healthier. This program is offered at no cost to all new members. You are encouraged to sign up within the first week of your membership.
