LIVESTRONG® At The YMCA
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a 12-week, small group program designed for adult cancer survivors who are post treatment up to five years. This program fulfills the important need of supporting the increasing number of cancer survivors who find themselves in the transitional period between completing their cancer treatment and the shift to feeling physically and emotionally strong enough to attempt to return to their normal life or their “new normal”. In addition to the physical benefits, LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA focuses on the emotional well-being of survivors and their families by providing a supportive community where people impacted by cancer can connect during treatment and beyond. The weekly 90-minute sessions take place in a small group setting and are adjusted to the individual’s ability level. The program is of no cost to participants and also includes a free Y membership for the session’s duration.

Hill Toppers Classes
Hill Toppers Cycle Class is a designed for those “seasoned in life” and ready to ride! This is a 30-minute class that can be modified for all levels as you ride at your own pace. Please note priority is given to those who are 50+ years of age.
Time: Every Friday at 8:30am
And now, our newest Hill Toppers class! It’s a new land aerobics Circuit Class, designed for our Active Older Adults. It’s a 30-minute circuit class that can modified for all levels. It’s designed for those over 50, but is open to all ages!

We know that sometimes it’s hard to take the first steps in becoming healthier. That’s why we’re here for you to give you the extra motivation and guidance that you may need. Our personal trainers can help you with weight loss, body toning, sport specific training, injury prevention, and post rehabilitation. We offer both land and aquatic training. Plus, we can help you develop goals and work towards achieving your goals to build a healthier you! Get the results you’re looking for from one of our nationally certified trainers. Your trainer will be your source of motivation, encouragement, accountability, and a resource for the latest information.

What is uFit?
uFit is a program that provides you with an easy-to-follow plan and cutting edge fitness tools. You will not be alone in this process. Our highly trained staff will help you set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.
In three short meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out. In just a few sessions, you will gain the tools and resources that will help you succeed.
You will finally learn what really works in terms of exercise, weight loss, and having more energy – not to mention just becoming healthier. This program is valued at $150, but offered at no cost to all new members. You are encouraged to sign up within the first week of your membership.
