Jerry Long Family YMCA
The Jerry Long Family YMCA is a cornerstone of the Clemmons-Lewisville community. Committed to youth development through a wide range of sports, aquatic, after school and summer camp programs, the Y also provides a comprehensive Wellness Center, group exercise classes, Personal Training, and three uFit sessions at no cost for new members. Host to LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA and SilverSneakers® programs, the Y stands for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
