Innovation Quarter Trailblazers

Explore downtown Winston with the Innovation Quarter YMCA Trailblazers. We are a running/walking group that will provide you with community, accountability, and encouragement to help you reach your fitness goals. This group is open to everyone – walkers to experienced runners and YMCA and potential YMCA members alike. Run with us each week and then celebrate after at Incendiary Brewing Company! Meet us in the lobby of the YMCA at 5:15pm every Thursday!

Community Yoga Class

Meet you on the mat! In 2019 join us on the second Wednesday of every month at 11:45am for a community yoga class in the Wake Forest Biotech Place Atrium. Invite a friend and spend your lunch break with us!

 


Aikido on Tuesdays

Greensboro Kodokan Aikido provides Aikido instruction in our group exercise room every Tuesday night from 5:45pm-7:15pm. Join them for two free classes! Regular dues are $30/month. Personal Training

We know that sometimes it’s hard to take the first steps in becoming healthier. That’s why we’re here for you, every day, to give you the extra motivation and guidance that you need. Our personal trainers can help you with weight loss, body toning, sport specific training, injury prevention
and post rehabilitation, plus helping develop and reaching your goals for a healthier you! Trainers are here to fit your needs. We offer individual and small group personal training sessions.

UFIT: Helping You Get The Results You Want

What is uFit?

uFit Express is a program that provides you with an easy-to-follow plan and cutting edge fitness tools. You will not be alone in this process. Our highly trained staff will help you set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.

In your uFit Express session you will meet with a trained wellness coach who will help you identify and develop strategies for reaching your goals, will explore ways to overcome any barriers, and will create a plan personalized just for you!

You will finally learn what really works in terms of exercise, weight loss, and having more energy – not to mention just becoming healthier. This program is offered at no cost to all new members. You are encouraged to sign up within the first week of your membership.
