Any participant, who is currently enrolling in a Boot Camp and was enrolled in the previous month’s Boot Camp, can invite a new participant to enroll in the same Boot Camp and they will both receive a 50% off adjustment on their program fee.
The Referring participant must have been enrolled in the previous month’s Boot Camp to be able to refer a new participant. The new participant receiving the referral, must not have been enrolled in a Boot Camp within the last 6 months. If both participants meet the above criteria, then each member will receive a 50% discount for the current month’s Boot Camp session for which they are enrolling in.

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
If you are living with high blood pressure, taking action to keep it well-controlled will minimize your risk for complications like stroke, heart attack, and even death. High blood pressure, which makes the heart work harder than it should with each beat, is especially dangerous because it often has no warning signs and usually lasts a lifetime once it develops. The simple process of checking and recording your blood pressure at least twice a month over a period of four months has been shown to lower blood pressure in many people with high blood pressure. This forms the basis for the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program, an evidence-based program that features personalized support as you develop the habit of routinely self-monitoring your blood pressure, tips for maintaining your cardiovascular health, and nutrition education. KidFit is a program designed especially for kids. Our mission is to provide a foundation for lifelong fitness. By making our program simple and fun, your child will learn the basics of body control and safe exercise, and they will be excited about fitness. Our kids program is perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.

Parkinson’s Cycling Class
Pedaling For Improvement
Pedaling a bicycle may change the life of someone with Parkinson’s disease. Research shows that cycling on a bike can decrease side effects related to Parkinson’s. Pedaling is not a cure of Parkinson’s disease, but there is compelling evidence to show that it does make a real difference for many who try it.
This specialized class for Parkinson’s patients will be offered once a week to provide an opportunity to cycle in a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere. This class is 45 minutes in length and taught by a certified cycle instructors. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% reduction in symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace – optimally, 80-90 revolutions per minute.

We have a variety of classes from the popular Zumba® series to Silver Sneakers, cardio, cycle, and yoga classes. Classes are open to all exercise levels, with alternative movements offered for different skill levels to maximize your personal workout. Our instructors are happy to give additional guidance to beginners, just introduce yourself before class!
Next Level Sports Performance Training
Training programs are designed specifically for each sport and are made to increase an athlete’s strength, power, speed, quickness, agility, coordination, mental toughness, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and skill development. The Next Level Trainers challenge each athlete to bring an attitude of hard work, accountability, teamwork, and total effort to each and every workout so that the athlete will improve both physically and mentally over the course of the training program.
