In the United States, it is estimated that 400,000 people are living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), with approximately 10,000 new cases diagnosed each year. MS, a potentially disabling disease of the brain and central nervous system is more common in females than males and can affect people of any age. 

This is a small group exercise class focusing on core skills/exercises needed to improve strength, flexibility and balance in adults with Multiple Sclerosis.
