Schedules

Classes are open to all exercise levels, with alternative movements offered for different skill levels to maximize your personal workout. Our instructors are happy to give additional guidance to beginners, just introduce yourself before class! Minimum age is 14 years (with a parent).

Abdominals (Abs)– If you are trying to figure out a way to tighten your mid section, try our abdominal class. This class will teach different exercises focusing on the abs and the oblique.

Boot Camp– This is a high intense cardiovascular workout with a combination of several different types of exercises that will get your heart rate up and burn those calories.

Cardio Mix– Get fulfilled in this cardio class that combines many different forms of cardiovascular exercises – No more boring workouts! Low impact workout that gets the heart rate up using repetitive motions to a funky beat.

Cycle– Join us on our stationery bicycles in the Cycle Studio for a safe and hi-energy way to get an awesome workout.

Kickboxing-Heart pumping cardiovascular workout for all levels using kicking and punches to get those muscles including biceps, triceps, deltoids and more working.

Power Pump– GOT MUSCLE? This class will help strengthen and tone muscles you didn’t know you had. You will learn the proper form of using free weights, medicine balls, fit tubes and more.

Power Step- Can you step it up a notch? Step into shape with this terrific cardiovascular workout.

Step/Tone– Burn calories, get your heart rate up, and tone those muscles at the same time.

Stretch/Tone– Do you feel stiff? Do you feel you need to squat because you can’t bend? This class will focus on toning and flexibility. Helping to increase your full range of motion.

Yoga– Releases the body and mind from tensions allowing you to regain balance and energy.

Treadmill Hiking– Using our treadmills in the Cardio Center with an instructor to lead the class. Great cardio class for those that want to burn calories without having to run. We will use the treadmills on flat areas and on inclines.

Treadmill Jogging– Are you bored with running by yourself? If so, join a team of runners for an awesome adventure.

Water Aerobics– Thought you could only do aerobics on land? Think again. Try this aerobic workout in the water that is designed to burn calories, strengthen, and tone.
