LIVESTRONG® is an evidence-based program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and wellbeing after treatment for cancer. The program is free to all members of the community. Participating YMCAs create a welcoming community in which survivors can improve their strength and physical fitness, diminish the severity of therapy side effects, develop supportive relationships, and improve their quality of life.

The Annual Impact Fund ensures that children, families, and individuals have access to life-changing programs regardless of financial ability.

As Partners for a Healthy Community, the YMCA and Novant Health are excited to invite high school students to join us on the third Tuesday of each month from February through April as we explore some of the most requested mental health topics. Participants will also have chances to win some amazing raffle prizes, including a PlayStation 5 or a Nintendo Switch 2! (Must attend all three talks to be eligible.)
