Summer/Fall Racquetball League
The Wilkes Family YMCA will be having a Summer/Fall Racquetball league for men and women, ages 14 and up.
The league will be divided into (3) three divisions (If number of registrants allow) based on:
B player-having played but not advanced
C player-which is beginner with little to no experience.
Please be honest – we want the divisions to be as competitive as possible. If you are interested in participating in this exciting and competitive league, do not hesitate to sign up! You DO NOT have to be a member to participate, so encourage your friends to come out and try a new game that they can play, rain or shine!
*SPECIAL: Anytime Fitness, Kinetic, Muzz’s Gym, and New Life Fitness members may participate at the Member rate!
Early Bird Registration: July 7-August 10, 2014
$20 members / $30 potential members
Late Registration: August 11-24, 2014
$30 members/$40 potential members
Season starts September 1 and ends November 14 with a league tournament to follow.
Players will be given a match schedule as well as names and phone numbers of other league players. Players are responsible for scheduling their matches. There will only be one match per week.
You are allowed to “play forward” should the person you are scheduled to play cannot play that week BUT must make sure you are playing at least one match per week.
Reporting scores is done at the front desk. Reporting scores after EACH match is important when it comes time for seeding for league tournament.

The YMCA Sports program is always looking for great volunteers to help out with various aspects of the program. Our sports leagues are 100% volunteer driven, meaning that every single coach out on the fields is a volunteer. We value these individuals and without them, our terrific programs would not be possible. If you are interested in volunteering pick up the volunteer application at the front desk.
