Group Exercise – Class DescriptionsAbs15 – 15 minutes of core work (abs/back) Boot Camp – A combination of old school gym and modern day calisthenics. This is an intense military style workout. This is not your average Aerobics Class. Cardio Kick – Experience a high-energy kickboxing class packed with a punch! Cardiolite – This class is for those who have never exercised before with low impact aerobics/step/sculpt ending with yoga based stretching. Cardio Sculpt- This class consist of rounds of low impact, high intensity cardio with muscle conditioning moves. Interval Insanity – This is a high intensity class that will leave your body continuously working to catch up. The class will jack your heart rate up so that you will burn a greater amount of calories in a shorter amount of time. Kettlebell Pump X – Experience a 30-minute high-energy total body workout using a kettlebell. Power Pump – A class continuously using weights without putting them down for the whole hour…incredible muscular conditioning. Total Body Conditioning – 30 minutes of controlled-intensity weight training and athletic cardio drills! Challenge yourself by combining movements such as push-ups, lunges, Step-N-Box –This is an hour class that incorporates easy moves on the step with kickboxing moves. This class is for all levels and is guaranteed to give you a great workout! Youth Aerobics – (5th grade & under) 30 minutes of aerobic activity that includes dancing, obstacle courses and active play. Zumba – A fusion of Latin and International music put to routines featuring aerobic and fitness interval training. Learn new dance steps while getting a great dynamic core workout. Zumba Lite – This class modifies the zumba steps, which includes: the salsa, cumbia, meringue, and reggaeton. This class offers a great cardio and core workout. Zumba Toning - This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Silver Sneakers® Cardio Circuit – Combine fun with Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and increase activities for daily living skills. Hand held weight, elastic tubing with handles, and ball are offered for resistance and chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Silver Sneakers® Yoga Stretch – Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to Please Note: Youth that are 5th graders and under can only participate in our Youth Aerobics classes. Youth 6th grade and up can participate in Group Exercise classes alone if the class does not require weight. (Ex: of classes you can attend: Zumba, Cardiolite, Abs, etc.) If the youth is accompanied be their parent they may attend classes that require weight such as Kettlebell, Power Pump, Zumba Toning, etc.

Cycle, Pilates & Yoga- Class DescriptionsYoga – Beginners learn the fundamentals of yoga and the basic yoga poses, with an emphasis on alignment and detail, while the experienced practitioner fine-tunes their skills. 90 Minute Yoga – This class is a mixture of gentle flow, level l, and level ll classes. Gentle Flow Yoga – Suitable for everyone, this class focuses on improving flexibility and range of movement, regardless of skill level of physical ability. Restorative Yoga/Active Relaxation – This class is an extremely gentle approach to Yoga, which helps cleanse the body and mind while supporting the body with blankets and/or props. This is an excellent class for beginners or individuals with illnesses or injuries. Cycle – Individually paced class including warm-up, basic cycle movements, conditioning and cool-down. Cycle/ Abs - 45 minutes of cycle followed by a 15 minute core workout. 90 Minute Cycle – This class is intended to give you the ultimate workout. Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity workout. Please Note: Youth that are 5th graders and under can only participate in our Youth Aerobics classes. Youth 6th grade and up can participate in Group Exercise classes alone if the class does not require weight. Water Fitness Class DescriptionsWater Walking—A 30-minute class that provides a great low-impact workout for all over conditioning, without putting stress on your joints. “Ease” into an exercise program. Get Fit! —This is an hour class that meets in the shallow area of the pool. This is a “No Hurt” approach to fitness; low impact on joints and low intensity cardio. Great for beginners! Shallow Water Fitness—This is a low to medium intensity workout that takes place in the shallow. Low impact but good cardio workout! Low Impact—A class designed to improve mobility through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises, performed in shallow water. All levels welcome. Aqua Fit—A shallow water medium intensity workout, using water and equipment for resistance, toning muscles, and increasing endurance and flexibility. Deep Water—This is a full body workout, a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Conducted in the deep end, participants can increase range of motion using non-impact movements. Flotation is provided. Mornin’ Mania—A great way to start your day! Deep/Shallow combination class that will jumpstart your cardiovascular workout, wake up your muscles with strengthening exercises, and end with morning stretching for maximum flexibility and range of motion. Deep Water Power—Deep Water Power is a 60-minute class conducted in transitional and deep depths of water. Participants learn to increase their intensity to get the most out of their workout. Class is for all fitness levels and flotation is provided. Power Pump—This 45-minute Aerobic workout provides high intensity with low impact on your joints. This workout will allow muscle strengthening and a greater range of motion to provide maximum muscle development. Cardio Toning—Cardio Toning combines cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning. The instructor will use water gloves and will encourage you to use them or your hand to build lean muscles by creating resistance in the water. |
