Class Descriptions
Abs: A 30 minute abdominal and back workout that is guaranteed to tone up those muscles. All levels.
Cardio Sculpt: Floor aerobics and sports conditioning provide a great cardio routine for the beginner all the way to the advanced. Come tone specific muscle groups for an amazing total body toning routine.
Circuit: Are you ready to sweat? This workout is guaranteed to burn calories and tone up your entire body. Instructors will lead you through segments of high intensity cardio (or take it at your own pace) interwoven with different weightlifting techniques.
Dancing to the Oldies: Do you want to have fun? Love to move to music? This class is for you. This class is full of fun dancing. There is a variety of well-known dance steps. Come out and have a good time.
Fun with Fitness: This class incorporates a variety of fitness styles, from aerobics to weights and resistance training to balance and flexibility. This class is for beginners to intermediate & for all ages.
Power Pump: Great class that will strengthen entire body. Workout will challenge all major muscle groups.
Spinning/Cycle: The ride you will be looking forward to all day. This class includes climbs, jumps, sprints, and is a combination of high energy and fun!
Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Combine fun with fitness to increase your muscular strength and flexibility. This class takes you through a variety of exercises using hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Total Body Conditioning: This class will help strengthen & tone your entire body including your core area.
Yoga Advanced/Warm Power: This unique, inspiring, yet creative class offers those willing to step out-of-the box and build their own experience. This is a power kick your butt, sweat producing dynamic yoga class. Yoga room is heated, so hydrate before class; remember to bring water, towel and open mind with you. This class is not recommended for beginners.
Yoga Intermediate/ Level 1&2: This class definitely meets all levels on the mat, from beginner to advance. NOT best suited for someone completely new to yoga, but some experience is helpful. This would be considered as the next- step yoga class, where movement becomes a bit quicker than a beginner gentle level.
Yoga Beginner/Gentle: Building the frame work for your yoga practice is what this simple class offers. In this gentle approach class props such as blocks, straps and the wall are often used. Other recommendations to bring for this class are water, blanket, eye pillow, a deep breath allowing yourself to relax and any other items that will make you feel nice an yummy at the end for the final resting pose. No experience is necessary for this class!
Zoomba: A variety of dance formats with high energy music that will burn calories and make your workout fun! This is for all fitness levels. If you move, you can groove.
Zumba®: Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms keep your heart rate up and burning calories. Have fun while getting a great workout. No dance experience required!
