Golf to Give Back
19th Annual YMCA of Northwest North Carolina Golf Tournament
At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. You can help kids learn, grow, and thrive, as well as ensure no one is ever turned away due to the inability to pay. Golf tournament proceeds provide financial assistance to make Y programs available to everyone in our community. Gather your team for a day of golf, fun, fellowship, and a good cause!

Live Stronger Group Exercise Class
For Survivors of Cancer, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease
Physical exercise can help your body recover from cancer and stroke and possibly delay effects and manage symptoms from MS or Parkinson’s. Attending this class can help you work with physical changes you may be experiencing or trying to overcome. Be encouraged through this supportive group workout. All fitness levels welcome.
1st and 3rd Mondays at 11:00am

The summer months are just around the corner. Summer is meant to be filled with learning enrichment, new experiences, and making new friendships and memories that can last a lifetime. At the Y, we focus on programs that allow children to explore and get involved in activities that help them grow both mentally and physically.

Youth Fit Class
This class is designed for youth – elementary age to middle school. This class will engage your child in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Combination or P.E. style workouts, as well as weight-bearing workouts, and cardio exercises will keep your child moving. Best of all, it’s free!

King of the Hill 5K & 10K
