The summer months are just around the corner. Summer is meant to be filled with learning enrichment, new experiences, and making new friendships and memories that can last a lifetime. At the Y, we focus on programs that allow children to explore and get involved in activities that help them grow both mentally and physically.

This four week program is a mix of different fitness exercise drills focusing on all areas of your body. You can expect team training, calisthenics, body weight exercises, plyometrics, cardio, and more!

Cheer with CVCC Cheerleaders!!!!
Guaranteed to be a blast, this camp combines dance moves and cheerleading skills. You will learn basic stunts, using skills learned as a basis for trying out for school teams, and cheering at a CVCC game. Come and meet new friends and build confidence. Go Team !!!

Group Exercise Classes
Classes are open to all exercise levels, with alternative movements offered for different skill levels to maximize your personal workout. Our instructors are happy to give additional guidance to beginners. Just introduce yourself before class! Minimum age is 12 years (with a parent).
