YMCA Day Camps, Sports Camps, Specialty Camps and Teen Camps provide a safe, fun environment to experience a wide range of activities. Whether your child is looking to make new friends, improve sports skills, learn to shoot a bow and arrow or just have a great time, the Y has the answer. Frequently Asked Questions
If I register my child for camp, how much do I need to pay today?
There is a $40 registration fee for each participant and a $5 deposit per week which goes towards the price of the program.
I am a Y member or past program participant. Why can’t the system locate my account?
The Y may have outdated information or a misspelled name in our system. Please call your local Y (locations here) and we can help you set up your account over the phone.
I am not a member can I still sign my child up for summer camp?
Yes, you can still sign up for camp without having a Y membership. As a Y member you get a lower rate on many of our programs. Click here to find out more about becoming a member.
On the log-in screen, are the member ID and barcode on my Y card the same thing?
No. You can find your Member ID on program receipts and invoices. The barcode on your Y card is only used for facility access.
Why is the program I am looking for not listed?
The program may be closed or registration period has ended. Also, not all Y programs are available for online registration. Please call your local Y (locations here) if you cannot find what you are looking for.
How many weeks should I register my child for at one time?
Please register for all weeks you know your child plans to attend camp this summer. You will need to retype all information each time you log into the system to register, so it is recommended to register for all weeks needed at one time.
Should I register myself or my child for the program?
While you, the adult primary account holder, will be listed as an option, please be sure to select your child’s name and register their name for the program.
Can I apply my Financial Assistance or system credit to my payment?
The system does not currently process any financial assistance price reductions, discounts, or account credits through online registration. Please visit the Y to register for this program and receive your discount at that time. Once you have registered, you can make payments online. We apologize for any inconvenience.
