Whether your child is looking to make new friends, improve sports skills, learn to shoot a bow and arrow or just have a great time, the Y has the answer. We also combine fun and adventure with age-appropriate, camper-centered programs which incorporate new skills and group activities, all in a safe environment.

Join the Transformation Nation Triad and receive free group training at the YMCA from personal trainers and wellness coaches, support from a team all working toward personal wellness goals, and expert information from nutritional and motivational speakers.
Teens, tweens and everyone in between are welcome at the Y. Your membership is the first step to meeting new friends, playing sports, getting in shape to feel great and reach your athletic goals. We’ve created the following guidelines to ensure a safe, fun and successful environment for all Y members.

More than 190 local kids are registered to run the Yadkin GO FAR 5K Saturday, November 19. With practices and training in school for the past 10 weeks, these 3rd-6th grade students are ready for race day!
Cody Carmack, 15, a member of the Davie Family YMCA and Sophomore at Davie High School, was recently awarded an Our Military Kids scholarship to participate in the YMCA Youth & Government program.
The Jacksons, members at the Winston Lake Family YMCA, are the couple that is known for always being together at all times, always dressing alike whether it was a Sunday’s best or just coming to SilverSneakers® classes) and always showing displays of true and genuine love.
