Finding “New Normal” After Cancer

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals. People affected by cancer often struggle to reach a “new normal” following treatment. This is a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person. The program is no cost to participants and includes a free Y Metro membership for the entire family during the session to help the healing process.
